We are a group of children who have been chosen by our classmates to work with the adults around the school to share pupil voice and to improve areas around the school. As a student council member, we have to attend regular meetings to discuss any feedback that we have received from our peers. This term we have been tasked to raise money in order for us to contribute positively to our school community. We have chosen to host a fundraiser event to raise money to buy a reading shed. As a group we think that reading is an important part of our growth and feel that if we were able to read while on the playground, we would feel calm and relaxed but we would still be getting fresh air, while doing something that we enjoy. We are excited to share our contribution with the rest of the school when it is complete.

Members of our School Council are elected every year with representatives from each class.
