Maths is everywhere! Here at John Wheeldon we explore maths in our everyday life and recognise how our developing understanding of Maths can help us to approach real life problems. Through a mastery approach, we expose children to fluency, problem solving and reasoning ensuing that there is a clear understanding of how these all link together. With times tables investigations and exciting in-school challenges we strive to become proud mathematicians and ‘go for gold’ or even Platinum!

John Wheeldon Times Table Challenge
SUAT supports and leads in the set-up of new academies joining the partnership. The services provided by the central support function cover both educational and non-educational support. In terms of educational support, SUAT is linked to the School of Education of Staffordshire University, which is an outstanding ITT provider.
