We cover three topics over the year:
Autumn: Moon Zoom
Spring: Paddington’s Travels
Summer: Enchanted Woodland
To enhance these topics further, we go on trips to the Ancient High House and Wolseley wildlife centre. We also have wow days all about a space landing on our school grounds and explore our very own enchanted woodland! During December, we visit St Mary’s Church for our Christingle Service.
Reading is at the heart of all we do, we have daily story time, daily time to read our own books and have a visit to the local library where we get our own library card and bring home a book to borrow.
Our community project is working alongside the House of Bread to collect food donations over the Harvest Festival.

Teaching Assistant
SUAT supports and leads in the set-up of new academies joining the partnership. The services provided by the central support function cover both educational and non-educational support. In terms of educational support, SUAT is linked to the School of Education of Staffordshire University, which is an outstanding ITT provider.
